Order & Payment

• All orders are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We accept major local payment methods including Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayMe, FPS, Alipay Hong Kong. All payment transactions are fully encrypted to ensure customers’ payment security.

• Once an order is confirmed and payment completed, it shall be regarded as a final purchase agreement between both parties. D-DAY Sports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including without limitation cases of out-of-stock items, pricing errors, technical malfunctions, suspected malicious orders or orders violating these terms. If a paid order is cancelled, the full amount paid will be refunded without any additional handling fee.

• All product prices displayed on this Website exclude shipping fees. Shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight, delivery destination and shipping method, which shall be settled together with the order payment.

Delivery Policy

• Local Hong Kong orders (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories) are generally delivered within 1–3 working days after order confirmation and payment. Delivery to remote areas such as outlying islands and rural villages may take an additional 1–2 working days. International delivery time depends on destination and customs clearance procedures, normally ranging from 7–14 working days, subject to the real-time logistics progress of our courier partner.

• D-DAY Sports engages authorised and reputable logistics partners for delivery. We shall not be liable for any delivery delays, loss or damage caused by force majeure events including adverse weather, traffic disruption, logistics delays, customs inspection and pandemic control measures. We will nevertheless endeavour to assist customers in tracking shipment progress.

• Customers shall provide accurate, complete and deliverable shipping address, contact number and recipient details when placing an order. Any delivery failure, goods loss or extra logistics costs arising from incorrect address, incomplete information or unsuccessful collection due to customer reasons shall be borne solely by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

• For products with quality defects including manufacturing faults, fabric damage, non-compliant sizing errors and delivery discrepancies, customers may apply for exchange or refund within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods by providing the order number and product photos to our customer service. The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact and original packaging preserved together with all accessories; failure to comply will result in rejection of return or exchange application.

• Non-quality related exchanges are only permitted for size replacement and not applicable to intimate sportswear, including but not limited to sports socks, sport underwear and swimwear. Applications must be submitted within 7 calendar days upon receipt, and all return and re-delivery shipping fees shall be borne by the customer. The exchanged item must remain unused with original packaging and tags intact.

• Refunds are only applicable to the following circumstances: severe product quality issues with no replacement available, out-of-stock exchange items with no alternative substitute, and orders cancelled by D-DAY Sports with payment already made. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after return confirmation or order cancellation, via the original payment method. Refund arrival time depends on the processing schedule of the respective payment platform, and D-DAY Sports shall not be responsible for any handling fees incurred during the refund process.

• Under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Chapter 26) of Hong Kong law, customers are not legally entitled to refunds or returns due to change of mind. D-DAY Sports reserves the right to reject non-quality related return applications at its sole discretion.

Promotional Activities

• D-DAY Sports launches promotional activities from time to time, including but not limited to discount offers, spending rebates, free gifts, free shipping and limited-edition product flash sales. All activity details, participation requirements, offer validity and usage rules are subject to the content published on the relevant activity page of this Website.

• All promotions may be subject to terms such as minimum spending amount, designated product categories or membership tier restrictions. D-DAY Sports reserves the right to modify, adjust or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Unless otherwise specified on the activity page, all promotional offers cannot be stacked with other discounts, coupons or member privileges. Promotional products are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. D-DAY Sports shall not be liable for any compensation for customers unable to purchase sold-out promotional items.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this Website, including without limitation website design, text descriptions, product images, emblems, trademarks, logos, graphics, data and all related materials, are the property of D-DAY Sports or relevant rights holders and protected under Hong Kong intellectual property laws and applicable international regulations.

• No party may reproduce, distribute, modify, repost or quote any content from this Website without prior written consent from D-DAY Sports, nor use such content for commercial or unauthorised purposes. D-DAY Sports reserves the right to pursue legal liabilities for any infringement.

• The D-DAY Sports brand name, logo and related designs are registered trademarks protected by law. Any unauthorised use constitutes trademark infringement.

Limitation of Liability

• D-DAY Sports endeavours to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, pricing and other information displayed on this Website, but does not warrant that all information is entirely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information caused by technical faults or delayed updates and shall not be held liable for any consequential losses.

• This Website is provided on an "as is" basis. D-DAY Sports makes no representation or warranty regarding the stability, security or availability of the Website. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from website downtime, data loss, cyber attacks or other issues related to the use of this platform.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from the use of this Website, product purchases or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for settlement.
